Photography by Denise collects personal information from clients to the extent of the following as may be applicable to the particular contract requirements such as whether the photographs are for weddings or general photography:
1. Full names, mailing addresses, telephone numbers, cellular phone numbers, work phone numbers, email addresses of the client, including bride and groom if applicable.
2. Alternative contact name and phone number.
3. Number of people in the bride's and groom's families involved in the photographs.
4. How many people are to be in the wedding party or in the photo session.
5. Times and locations of the ceremony, formals, and reception or photo session.
6. Details of photographic services requested.
7. Personal information is collected from the client by filling in a contract agreement with Photography by Denise. In some cases the information will be gathered via telephone, fax, or email; in such cases any relevant information is transcribed onto the contract agreement for record purposes.
1. Personal information is stored at the place of business of Photography by Denise in paper copy or emails stored on the business computer.
2. Personal information access is limited to Photography by Denise.
3. Electronic information is protected through firewall protection.
4. Destruction of paper copy personal information takes place no less than seven years from date of contract.
5. Paper copy personal information is destroyed by fire, shredding, or other means of total destruction of the legibility of the personal information.
6. Destruction of electronic personal information stored on emails is done by electronic deletion from the email account from time to time with no time limitations. This information is generally redundant to paper copies.
7. Clientele of Photography by Denise have the right to request details of personal information collected and stored.
1. Personal information is collected and stored solely for the purpose of conducting the business of Photography by Denise as a service to paid clientele.
2. Personal information is not sold, given, or otherwise passed to other parties.
1. Within the Terms and Conditions of the contract agreement between Photography by Denise and the Client is the permission for Photography by Denise to utilize any photographs taken including digital files for promotional purposes including posting to the website www.photographybydenise.ca .
2. Photography by Denise will remove from www.photographybydensie.ca any photographs as requested in writing by the client and only by the client with which the contract was signed. Such removal will be done within 15 days.
3. Understanding that group gatherings such as weddings and other events may involve photographs of unsuspecting individuals, the responsibility of the photographing of unsuspecting individuals in these photographs is with the client.
4. Photography by Denise offers a "Proof to Web" service for the client's photographs to be posted to for the purpose of previewing on line and ordering of prints on line. Proof to Web photographs are grouped by client and password protected. Password access is given freely at the time of the event by printing on the back of business cards of Photography by Denise.
